Students will recognize key indicators of human trafficking which is the first step to identify victims and can help save a life! Learn how to report suspected instances of human trafficking.  The Blue Lightning Initiative (BLI) is an element of the DHS Blue Campaign for one mission - to End Human Trafficking.
